Adobe Brings Marketo Lead Activity Into Salesforce and Dynamics CRM Views

The September 22 plugin release puts recommended leads and engagement views where reps already review CRM records. Teams need Adobe provisioning and an administrator-connected CRM to use it.

Adobe’s September 22, 2026, Marketo Qualifier release puts Marketo Sales Insights and other data into an embedded Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM plugin. A sales rep can review available lead activity and add a prospect to Qualifier from the CRM, bringing the decision about whom to follow up with into a familiar workspace. Adobe lists this as a released plugin change; it separately dates availability of the standalone Qualifier app to August 17.

From lead activity to follow-up

Adobe documents configurable views for its recommended leads, called “Best Bets,” a watch list, known-lead web activity, email engagement and webinar activity. Which tabs and data a rep sees depends on the organization’s configuration. The practical change is the ability to inspect those available signals while working in the CRM, then choose a prospect to examine further.

Once added to Qualifier, the prospect appears in a list of assigned CRM leads and contacts that can be filtered by available Marketo engagement. For the next step, Adobe’s outbound workflow guide describes draft email, call and LinkedIn steps. In its documented manual email-enrollment process, drafts must be reviewed and approved before messages send.

Who can use the CRM view?

This is a release for organizations set up to use Qualifier, not automatic access for every Salesforce or Dynamics customer. Adobe’s setup instructions require Adobe provisioning, specified user groups and an administrator-connected CRM. Its integration guide says only one of Salesforce or Dynamics 365 can be active at a time.

Adobe’s Marketo Engage pricing page does not identify an Engage package that includes the separately provisioned Qualifier app, so a team cannot infer its entitlement from that package list. One feature-specific limit is explicit in the release notes: AI person summaries require a Marketo Optimizer Prime or Ultimate instance. For an eligible, connected team, the shipped change is a more direct route from CRM lead review to a considered follow-up.
