Trigify Sets Oct. 22 Cutoff for Standard-Term Customers After HubSpot Acquisition

Accounts will not move into HubSpot. Teams using Trigify to find prospects and feed CRM records need to plan around their own service-end date.

Trigify said on September 23 that HubSpot had acquired the company and that its standalone platform would be retired. Customers on standard notice terms can use the service until 11:59 p.m. BST on October 22, 2026, according to Trigify’s announcement and customer FAQ. Their Trigify accounts will not migrate into HubSpot.

For sales-operations teams using Trigify to find prospects and send leads into a CRM, the decision is what will supply future signals. Trigify’s workflow documentation describes listening for posts, then filtering or enriching findings and sending leads to HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio.

What ends with Trigify access

At each account’s applicable service end, Trigify says its integrations, API access, monitoring and signal collection will stop. Its HubSpot integration guide describes actions involving contacts and companies—one example of a workflow that users may need to replace if they still rely on Trigify to supply new findings.

Teams should distinguish records already sent to their CRM from future Trigify-fed activity. The announced cutoff concerns access to Trigify and its integrations; Trigify has not announced a migration of its accounts or product into HubSpot.

Check the account date before exporting

The October 22 deadline applies to standard notice terms. Trigify says it is confirming service-end dates individually for customers with different notice or transition arrangements. It advises customers to save information they want using existing export options, or seek its help, before their account access ends.

Subscriptions will not renew beyond each customer’s service end, Trigify says. The company will communicate final charges, credits or refunds individually. For a team that still needs social-signal monitoring, the practical sequence is to confirm its cutoff, preserve wanted information and identify the CRM workflows that depend on Trigify before choosing another source of signals.
