Outfunnel Sets Oct. 30 Copper Cutoff, Nov. 6 Deadline for Other CRM Syncs

Outfunnel’s email tool ends Nov. 1 even for Pipedrive CRM users. Customers facing a cutoff also have refund terms and a deadline to preserve visitor or campaign records.

Outfunnel says its services for Copper-connected customers will stop working October 30, 2026, while its connections to other non-Pipedrive CRMs will end November 6. Its email-marketing tool has a separate November 1 cutoff, including for customers whose CRM is Pipedrive, according to the company’s transition notice.

For sales and marketing teams, these are deadlines for Outfunnel’s sync, tracking, lead-scoring and campaign workflows—not retirements of the underlying CRMs. The buying decision depends on which of those functions a team uses and whether it needs a replacement connection, an email tool or both.

Three dates, different workflows

  • October 30 — Copper: Outfunnel says its app connector, lead scoring, web tracking and email-marketing tool will stop working for Copper customers.
  • November 1 — email marketing: Outfunnel says its email tool will end, including for Pipedrive CRM customers. Under the announced plan, Pipedrive customers retain Outfunnel’s connector, lead scoring and web tracking.
  • November 6 — other non-Pipedrive CRMs: Outfunnel says its syncs and related features will end for customers connecting CRMs including HubSpot and Salesforce.

What happens to subscriptions and records

Outfunnel says it will end non-Pipedrive subscriptions automatically on the applicable cutoff date and refund unused prepaid subscription balances to the original payment method. It says email-only subscriptions will be canceled, with unused prepaid credits refunded. Pipedrive customers using other Outfunnel features can retain those features under the stated plan.

Outfunnel says synced contacts and activity already reside in connected applications. Customers who want to retain web-visitor feeds, Outfunnel campaign content or campaign statistics should export them before the relevant service ends. The company says it will delete data from its systems within 30 days after a subscription ends.

Pipedrive announced its acquisition of Outfunnel on August 5 and said it planned to rebuild core capabilities natively during a transition. The subsequent customer notice supplies the dates buyers need now: identify the Outfunnel workflow in use, preserve any records held there and arrange a replacement for the function that is ending.
