Riva’s GoldMine Sync Stops Oct. 1; Some Contracts May Qualify for Refunds

September 30 is the final support day for Riva’s GoldMine connection. The cutoff affects email and CRM synchronization, while eligible unused contract time may be refunded.

Riva says September 30, 2026, is the final day of service and support for its GoldMine CRM connection. Synchronization stops and connection licenses terminate October 1, leaving teams that rely on the link to decide how they will keep email and CRM records aligned.

GoldMine describes the Riva add-on as synchronizing contacts, calendar activities, tasks and email with an email server in the background. The cutoff concerns Riva’s connection, rather than the GoldMine CRM itself. Although GoldMine still lists the add-on, Riva says it no longer offers new GoldMine-connection trials, purchases or deployments.

Contract terms and the next integration decision

Customers with agreements extending beyond October 1 may qualify for a prorated refund of unused time, according to Riva. The company also says a renewal before September 30 may qualify for a prorated term ending that day. Neither is an automatic refund: Riva directs customers to their account representative, or to their partner for partner-managed deployments, for contract questions.

Riva says it will not migrate GoldMine synchronization customers to Microsoft Graph, linking its decision to the retirement of Exchange Web Services. Microsoft’s Exchange Online schedule says EWS disablement starts in October 2026 and is scheduled to finish in April 2027. October 1 is Riva’s stated cutoff for this connection, not a universal Microsoft EWS shutdown date.

For teams keeping GoldMine, the immediate buying question is which of their configured contact, calendar, task and email flows need a replacement connection. The answer determines the integration they need to assess; it does not, by itself, require a new CRM.
